"I got a phone call from a "Max" at this agency and when I told him I preferred to deal online only, he asked why and I simply explained that I prefer automated quotes only, I don't like to deal over the phone. After telling him I didn't want to provide any info, instead of giving me any sort of closing or anything, he just hung up on me.
